Richard Walker
Mr Richard Walker qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Baker Tilly in 1990, subsequently specialising in their restructures and recoveries department. Richard left Baker Tilly to join a panel of advisors for an active venture capitalist, taking several board appointments including undertaking CFO roles for both AIM and New York Stock Exchange (AMEX) companies.
Since then, Mr Walker has specialised in advising and taking board roles, for numerous private companies and, for many years, several listed companies on the ISDX/NEX/AQSE Exchanges in both executive and non executive capacities.
He continues to hold a number of non executive roles to assist companies seeking a potential public listing.
Kenneth James Gribben Hillen
Ken enjoyed a successful career at three different mainstream Banks, progressing to a very senior level, dealing with a range of corporate clients. Ken has chaired credit committees on lending for over two decades, deciding on appropriate lending terms and ensuring that credit risk is minimalised.
He is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and has consultancy skills include debt restructuring, acting as a ‘bridge’ between Bank/equity providers and borrower and has the ability to bring a wide range of Funders/Advisors to a transaction.
His business focus is being Chairman of the Audit Committee on a AQSE Listed Company in the hospitality sector, Chairman of the Credit Committee of a peer to peer lender and Group Chairman of a private equity backed healthcare business (adults and children’s services ) operating from 147 locations, 1,500 individuals and c.3,000 employees. He is also Chairman of a small but growing private equity backed elderly care business.
