INVESTMENT STRATEGY
The Board will invest in real estate, property and construction, and other similar projects following a thorough due diligence process.
Initially the Company expects to draw on the Boards established relationships both in the North West, and Overseas, with a number of potential early opportunities identified.
It is anticipated that the Company’s first investment will occur within Q3 of 2026 with a steady series of investments following on.
HOW TO INVEST WITH XI8 CAPITAL
Investing with XI8 Capital is a straightforward process. Interested parties are invited to contact us through our official channels for a copy of our investment prospectus and an application form to apply for the Bonds.
Once submitted this will be processed by Avenir Registrars Ltd for compliance purposes and once approved payment for the Bonds will be submitted via them.
Avenir will handle the issuing of the Bonds certificates and remit the funds onto the Company.
